About The Role
As the Skilled Care RN Manager, you’ll lead our team of skilled nurses and nurse aides to ensure exceptional care delivery through education, competency, and collaboration. You’ll be the bridge between clinical best practices, regulatory compliance, and staff development—all while supporting a culture of continuous learning and compassion-driven care.
What You’ll Do
Lead and Support Our Skilled Care Team
- Mentor and manage nurses and aides to deliver high-quality, client-centered care
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional growth
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs aligned with current best practices
- Conduct skill assessments and orientation for new hires
- Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes
- Serve as the go-to liaison between clients, families, providers, and care teams
- Develop and monitor individualized care plans for optimal outcomes
- Collaborate across service lines to ensure a smooth care experience
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare standards
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance safety and outcomes
- Support audits and accreditation processes with top-notch documentation
- Lead team meetings focused on care updates, training needs, and process improvements
- Communicate effectively with leadership to align educational and operational goals
- Empower clients and families through clear, accessible education
- Education: Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s preferred
- License: Active RN license in Colorado
- Experience: 3 years in home health care; leadership/training experience a plus
- Skills:
- Exceptional clinical knowledge and mentorship ability
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficient in EHRs and data tools
