We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Strategist with a strong background in marketing and PR strategy and execution to boost customer acquisition (B2B) and talent acquisition (B2C). The successful candidate will enhance the Pasona N A brand, develop and execute innovative marketing strategy, optimize our marketing funnel management, and deliver effective communications both internally and externally. This position requires close collaboration with other departments, including Business Development, Talent Acquisition, Operations, IT, R&D and Corporate Planning, to fully understand our culture, services, and communication goals. Job Description :
- Design B2B and B2C marketing strategy and campaigns aimed at customer and talent acquisition.
- Create and execute comprehensive PR campaigns to enhance the visibility and reputation of the Pasona N A brand.
- Optimize a mix of online and offline marketing tactics including website, webinar, email marketing, SEO / SEM, social media, and events to reach and nurture target audiences.
- Lead the redesign and continuous improvement of the corporate website to enhance user experience and achieve PR and marketing goals.
- Optimize and streamline marketing operations and tools such as MCAE and Salesforce to maximize impact.
- Collect and analyze marketing data to measure campaign performance and use insights from data analysis to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets and project timelines.
- Collaborate with marketing specialists to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications :
Possession of a valid driver"s license in the state where the office is located, along with access to a personal vehicle and the ability to drive.
