Position Summary: The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to staff, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, and assisting in the implementation of technology solutions that enhance the delivery of care. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reports to Office Monday through Friday 9-5:00pm
- Provide first-level technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment upon request.
- Support the Director of Implementation with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare software.
- Conduct training sessions and onboarding for staff on new software and technology tools.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and manage asset tracking.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
- Support with requests and resolutions in ticketing system.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support or a related role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare technology is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
- Primarily home-based with occasional travel to office sites or remote site locations.
Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
