Job Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring that the organization attracts, selects, and hires top talent to meet its business needs. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and managing the recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for home health positions.
  • Utilize job boards, networking, employee referrals, and social media to source candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
  • Create and post job descriptions on relevant job boards
  • Ensure job advertisements are clear, compelling, and accurate to attract a diverse pool of candidates.


Candidate Screening & Interviews:

  • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Assist with employee retention initiatives by ensuring new hires have a positive and smooth onboarding experience.


Collaboration & Communication:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role specifications, and team dynamics.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of recruitment efforts and candidate progress.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Recommend and implement new strategies to improve recruitment effectiveness with The Director of Recruiting


Documentation:

  • Ensure all recruitment processes comply with healthcare industry regulations and organizational policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, candidate assessments, and interviews.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.

Experience:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in recruiting for healthcare or home health settings.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Experience with sourcing, interviewing, and hiring professionals.


Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with recruitment software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.


Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Some travel may be required for recruitment events or to visit our other office locations.
  • In office setting within our Sandy Springs, GA location.


Compensation:

  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Benefits packages include [healthcare, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, etc.]

Salary : $52,000 - $62,000
