Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for home health positions.
- Utilize job boards, networking, employee referrals, and social media to source candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
- Create and post job descriptions on relevant job boards
- Ensure job advertisements are clear, compelling, and accurate to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Assist with employee retention initiatives by ensuring new hires have a positive and smooth onboarding experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role specifications, and team dynamics.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of recruitment efforts and candidate progress.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Recommend and implement new strategies to improve recruitment effectiveness with The Director of Recruiting
- Ensure all recruitment processes comply with healthcare industry regulations and organizational policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, candidate assessments, and interviews.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in recruiting for healthcare or home health settings.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experience with sourcing, interviewing, and hiring professionals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with recruitment software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Full-time position Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
- Some travel may be required for recruitment events or to visit our other office locations.
- In office setting within our Sandy Springs, GA location.

Salary : $52,000 - $62,000
