Pathfinder Inspections & Field Services, LLC is an oilfield service company seeking applicants for a SKILLED shop assistant. REQUIREMENT: MUST Have experience working on light-duty vehicles in a shop setting!!!!
This person will be self-motivated and well-versed in many areas. We are looking for an individual who can work with a team or alone, performing various tasks to complete objectives in a timely manner. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 7 am - 5 pm.
This position is in Gillette, WY.
Tasks and Skills:
- Perform duties in accordance with company safety rules, operating regulations, and practices.
- Must have 3 professional job references
- Entry-level and light-duty mechanic skills preferred.
- Ability to weld/fabricate are a plus.
- Carpentry skills preferred
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs.
- Trash and clean-up duties around the shop/yard areas
- Electrical knowledge a plus
- Snow removal/clearing in winter
- Must be able to use and identify hand and power tools
- Applicant must keep accountability of tools and equipment used
- Must report all incidents, accidents, and damage to supervisor
Candidate attributes: hard worker, dedicated, team player, self-sufficient, organized.
A valid drivers license required.
Position available immediately upon hire. Competitive wages and benefits. Benefits include health care after 60 days of employment for full time employees. We cover 100% of the employee premium, dependents can be added for additional cost. 401K with matching after 1 year of employment.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol tests and will be subject to random testing.
Pay is negotiated at the time of hire and is based on experience.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
