We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring our clients receive comprehensive and timely support. - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Process and manage policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Work closely with producers to identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Review and analyze insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist clients with claims processing, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
- Maintain up-to-date and organized client files within the agency management system.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding items such as payments, policy documents, and renewals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, carrier products, and regulatory changes.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial insurance, preferably within an independent agency.
- Active insurance license in Texas.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, markets, and underwriting guidelines.
- Proficiency in using agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
