Customer/Student Success Manager
Job Summary
As a student success manager at PathIvy, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth student experience and academic outcomes of students who are aiming to achieve admission to top universities or their dream career pathway. You will work with a team of world-class strategists and mentors who contribute to a personalized student roadmap. You will also coordinate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Job Duties
- Maximize student success through effective management of the student’s PathIvy program
- Monitor and track the progress of each student to ensure they are meeting their goals, responding to early indications of any issues with mitigation plans in collaboration with other service delivery team members and where appropriate sales team members
- Serve as the bridge between family and counselors, keep parents updated about the progress and results of their student
- Hold both internal and external stakeholders accountable for program progress and provide proactive updates as needed
- Perform and document regular quality checks
- Provide feedback and suggestions to counselors on how to improve their work with students
- Be the main point of contact for parents, with an emphasis on parent liaison, and be the link between them and the wider PathIvy team
- Proactively manage and foresee issues by resolving complaints or escalations in a timely manner
- Collect and analyze student data to identify trends and patterns related to student success
- Lead and execute strategic improvement projects with local or global impact
What Are We Looking For?
- 3 years of experience in customer service, project management or transferable role
- Ability to build strong customer relationships with families through excellent customer service, high cultural awareness and adaptability
- High level of resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Outstanding organizational skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative, with an openness to give and receive feedback

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Mukilteo, WA 98275: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Construction management: 3 years (Preferred)
