Job Summary
Growing faith based, non- profit is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and drive strategic initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resource management, employee relations, and benefits administration ( minimum 2 years). This role requires a proactive leader who can navigate complex HR challenges while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Duties
- Oversee the recruitment process of employees, including the implementation of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline hiring.
- Creating/Posting ads for a variety of positions, manage communication with applicants.
- Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and effective communication of offerings.
- Utilize software for benefits administration, and HR data management.
- Lead process improvement efforts within HR functions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Present HR metrics and reports to senior leadership to inform decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on employee evaluation and human capital management.
- Familiarity with HR software platforms
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of benefits administration and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability in process improvement methodologies within HR functions.
- Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate HR strategies and metrics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
