Job Title: Caregiver (As Needed, Part-Time, Full-Time)

Location: Manassas, Virginia

Hourly Rate: $17 - $20/hr.

Job Description:


We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team in Manassas, Virginia. Positions are available on an as-needed, part-time, and full-time basis. As a caregiver, you will provide essential support to individuals who require assistance with daily activities, ensuring they maintain a high quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Medication Management: Remind and assist clients with prescribed medications.
• Companionship: Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to clients' dietary needs.
• Light Housekeeping: Perform tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe living environment.
• Transportation: Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed.
• Mobility Assistance: Support clients with walking, exercise, and movement to promote physical health.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to follow care plans and adapt to clients' needs.
• Certifications: CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus.
• Background Check: Must pass a background check and provide references.
