Location: Tampa, FL or Cincinnati, OH

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and upbeat Field Quality Coordinator to join our Field Quality Team. As a Field Quality Coordinator, you will play a vital role in overseeing a team of technicians. You will conduct quality checks on completed technician appointments, submit invoices, and identify opportunities for process improvements. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will contribute to your success in this role.

What You Will Do
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations within your assigned technician territory.
  • Communicate daily via phone, email, and Salesforce with assigned remote technicians and internal personnel.
  • Submit timely and accurate technician payments to our Accounts Payable team.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to field technicians, addressing any questions or concerns related to field operations.
  • Perform thorough quality checks on work completed by technicians to drive adherence within established standards and policies.
  • Identify any deviations, errors, or areas for improvement and provide timely feedback to correct stakeholders.
  • Provide recommendations and insights on streamlining processes, optimizing resources, and improving overall Field Quality department efficiency.
  • Perform any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned or required to support the field quality team.

What We Need
  • High school diploma (or equivalent). Bachelor's degree a plus.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a quality assurance environment or other relevant work experience a plus
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service
  • Experience working with a remote technician or contractor force a plus
  • Salesforce experience a plus.
