Responsibilities :
Support and enable business changeElicit requirements from business owners for projects and perform the necessary analysis and documentation to ensure the changes are madeWork with Business and IT teams to Client and identify APIs, document requirements for APIs and API consumers, develop test cases for automated test suites, and develop documentationGather, develop, coordinate, and maintain business requirements for various projects and / or systems from initial phase to final implementation, assure requirements meet standards; troubleshoot, coordinate, and maintain production systems / programs / applications; assist in maintenance and communication of project status reports and trackingProvide efficient project processes and deliverables to shorten the project life cycle, where applicableWork with application support and development team to fix software bugs and escalated issuesLead resolution to issues with interfacing systems built on different technologiesFacilitate and participate in regular project status reviewsConvert high-level User Requirements into executable, detailed User Stories to enable developmentCreate and maintain the product backlogConduct planning sessions with the teams to prioritize work in upcoming sprintsEmbrace diverse people, thinking and stylesConsistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priorityEngage directly and daily with delivery teams to execute the projectEnsure product acceptance and readiness at key phases of the delivery cycleDevelop communication materials and lead communication efforts around the product, priorities and future roadmapsAttend and lead design sessions with the product teamRequirements :
Bachelor's degreeHigh school diploma, GED, or high school equivalencyExperience developing requirements and test scenarios for automated test suites for APIsDemonstrated experience with Agile or other rapid application development methodsDemonstrated technical expertise to apply relevant technical processes to appropriate business needsAble to effectively and professionally communicate with management, staff and customers as well as demonstrate sound judgment / reasoning skillsAbility to work independently to achieve exceptional resultsAble to deliver quality work on time and translate planning into action by following applicable established procedures or methodologiesExperience in API practice / program at a large organizationStrong experience in discovery, identification, and documentation of APIsAbility to work with multiple IT and business teams to gather and document API requirementsDesired skills :
3-5 years of project coordination and previous airline business experienceStrong communication, interpersonal skills, customer service skills, customer focusWorks well within tight deadlines (able to prioritize)Able to prioritize work on multiple project teams, with the overall goal of satisfying all deployment needs and effectively supporting diverse clientsPay Range : $45.52-$53.52
