Job Description
We are is looking for a friendly and organized Office Receptionist to manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and provide administrative support. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and welcoming.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
Skills & Qualifications
