We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our firm.

Job Summary:
The Receptionist will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our front office. This individual will be responsible for managing phone calls, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with billing and collections. The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments.
  • Perfom light cleaning duties.
  • Assist with billing, collections, and processing payments.
  • Support the team by running errands as needed.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies and order replenishments as necessary.
  • Assist with paying bills and other general administrative duties.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to support office operations.

Qualifications:

  • Administrative training or education is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
