What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Association Manager position at Paul Ash HOA Management?
Our growing portfolio of clients provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced and seasoned Community Association Manager (CAM) to join the Sienna team. This position is for the onsite management of one of our most exclusive client communities.
The Community Association Manager will be responsible for the operations and oversight of this community and will staff forty (40) hours onsite weekly. The CAM will ensure consistent implementation and execution of community CCRs and Rules and Regulations while working with the Board and committees to obtain competitive bids for various projects, facilitate maintenance for the common area, and ensure the architectural control process is followed. The CAM is expected to maintain detailed maintenance, ACC, violation, and financial records as well as prepare reports and summaries to the Board at the monthly meetings. The ideal candidate is an experienced and motivated team player who possesses a keen attention to detail, has strong organizational and customer service skills, is able to problem solve, and has the ability to multi task. Strong architectural and financial experience is required. CAI certification is desired and will be required once hired.
Requirements:
- Must have prior association management
- Project/contracting knowledge.
- Experience using accounting software along with a solid understanding of financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of association governing documents, federal, state, and local laws including the Fair Housing Act.
- Education: high school or equivalent.

We will pay for all continuing education and certification through CAI. Board and ACC meetings for this client are monthly and are scheduled during office hours. Evening meetings are very rare, but possible. Applicant must be able to pass drug, alcohol and background screening. EOE
