Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing mitigation projects after traumatic events such as water, fire, or storm damage. This includes sales, gross margin, cycle time, and brand experience management, as well as confirmation of budgets and work orders before project commencement.
The ideal candidate will have strong planning and organizational skills, with at least 3 years of lead mitigation technician or mitigation project management experience in the restoration industry. Proficiency in creating and delivering project financials and calculations is also essential.
