We are seeking a skilled Restoration Project Manager (RPM) to join our team at Paul Davis in Northern Delaware. As an RPM, you will play a critical role in managing renovation projects and restoring residential and commercial properties after traumatic events such as fires or floods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage renovation projects, including controlling budgets and communicating effectively with owners and sub-contractors.
- Spend time in the field to ensure projects are completed properly.
- Build foundational relationships based on trust, actively listen, and manage teams to complete projects successfully.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Sound planning and organizational skills.
- Construction project management experience is welcomed if willing to learn a new process.
