The New York office of Paul Hastings is seeking a Finance Senior Associate or Counsel with 7 years of experience to join the firm's rapidly growing finance practice. The group's clients consist of many high profile private credit funds and banks with respect to acquisition financings. Experience with acquisition financings required. This position involves direct client contact and will provide many opportunities for business development training and participation. Strong academic credentials and law firm experience are required. The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $435,000 and a maximum of $450,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
