Responsibilities
- Create insurance quotes, shop renewals, and assist with policy changes.
- Update client information and assist with payments.
- Answer client questions, problem solve, and follow up.
Requirements
- Bilingual- English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese dialect) is a big plus.
- Insurance experience is a plus!
- Detail oriented with the ability to work fast, prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A team player who is receptive to coaching and training.
- Strong computer and technical proficiency.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
