We are looking for an energetic Warrany Administrator to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will be willing to learn and work closely with team members.

Responsibilities:
- Submit all warranty claims in a timely manner
- Receipting and reconciling the warranty receivables schedule
- Review all warranty claims for accuracy
- Experienced in proper documentation and authorization within Porsche Warranty Guidelines
- Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator
- Experience with Porsche a PLUS, but will consider Audi and VW experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of using a dealership management system a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
