BIG PICTURE:

We are searching for a full-time Content specialist, Shooter all-in-one, to help us create short viral videos! We have an excellent team of creators and managers, so this role would require performing multiple filming aspects, including pre-production, lighting, directing, and Acting. A big part of our success formula is turning around high-quality videos quickly using only a I Phone, so this position requires a multi-talented, self-motivated and resourceful individual who can wear many hats and turn around work super fast. This position often requires working long hours. Since we are a mission-led company with the goals of expansion and ever-growing opportunity, the right candidate will find the long hours exciting and highly satisfying!

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME:

• Creating short Viral videos
• Assisting with staging, set preparation, setting up, and other equipment
• Performing all the technical aspects of filming, including, Acting and lighting
• Shooting in a creative way to help build wow factor, increase enjoyment and entertain the audience
• Fun improvised acting in videos and acting in other creator videos to ensure all team members create quality content (no memorizing lines guaranteed)
• Listening to your team's vision and helping them make it
• Being able to communicate your vision and create it
• Preproducing and researching about trending subjects
• Propose new ideas, experiments, improvements, and tests for new formats.

WHAT YOU HAVE/ WE EXPECT:

• Experience in acting or being on camera
• Background in social media (Show us your videos!)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on a wide variety of projects
• Ability to learn quickly and is a team player
• Skilled in handling quick output without losing quality
• Ability to communicate with superiors and teammates in a professional manner
• Charisma, a willingness to work in a team and create entertaining videos;
• The ability to effectively keep track of trends on social media and understand the interests of the audience;
• Confidence in front of a camera and a willingness to participate in very funny and silly scenes from time to time.

WHERE THE MAGIC HAPPENS:

All of the magic occurs in our 16,000 SqFt production studio in North Las Vegas, NV.
