Job Summary:
Our Customer Service Representative supports our sales processes through order management and client relations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders, communicate promptly with customers and update internal systems
- Ensure all data input and output is accurate by working closely with internal department teams
- Monitor orders throughout manufacturing process and provide status updates to customers and operations
- Ensure timely processing and successful delivery of orders that meet our customers' expectations
- Build relationships with our customers and our internal teams to coordinate and communicate effectively
Job Requirements:
- 3 years' experience as B2B customer service in manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics company (not call center)
- 3 years' experience using an ERP system for document and process management
- Experience proactively integrating with other internal departments including shipping and logistics (not only external customers)
- Proficient data analysis and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong written & verbal communication skills and ability to work with a diverse team

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
