As an electronic product data entry specialist, you'll be the wizard behind the curtain, responsible for inventorying, describing, categorizing, and listing hundreds of consumer electronics.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Inventory Master: Typing, navigating windows-based inventory systems, and processing devices that become available for sale in our location.
- Back-End Genius: Handling a processing position that requires no customer interaction, giving you your own workspace to collaborate with other back-end processing staff.
- Tech Savvy: Fast typing, attention to detail, and a love for electronics, while aligning with our strict data privacy standards.
- Device Doctor: Testing, wiping, and cleaning electronic devices for sale (smartphones, tablets, laptops, game systems, video games, and miscellaneous devices).
- Market Detective: Searching online listings for device selling points, pricing, trends, and product information.
- Ecommerce Guru: Generating eCommerce listings with item titles, descriptions, categories, and price setting based on previous research.
- Customer Service Pro: Promptly and professionally answering customer service via eCommerce emails and messaging.
- Account Maintainer: Keeping ecommerce accounts to the highest top-rated standards.
Job Requirements:
- Experience selling on the eBay platform (creating listings, shipping, customer service, referencing pricing, and more).
- Shopify experience (creating products, navigating Shopify).
- Knowledge and love for consumer electronics (gaming, smartphones, tablets, laptops).
- Ability to identify, test, and data clear devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, gaming systems, and more.
- Must be able to type quickly and accurately (typing/general aptitude test may be required).
- Strong work ethic, team player with a "get it done" attitude.
- Attention to detail and takes pride in their work.
- Professional demeanor and punctuality.
