Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated Sales Representatives to help drive growth in our logistics division. This role will focus on establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, an understanding of the telecommunications and IoT industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the logistics sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present and promote our logistics services, including SIM card distribution, to potential clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Track sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market developments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics, telecommunications, IoT or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
