This is a Direct Hire position in South Charlotte with a salary of $ 82 ,000 - $ 95 ,000 plus rich bonus program and good benefits with 100% of employee paid and 50% of family benefits paid, plus car allowance

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans in the field of temperature control technology to drive revenue growth in the US market.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value sales deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior management.
- Conducting competitive and market analyses to derive strategic recommendations
- Establishing, maintaining and developing long-term customer relationships
- Identifying potential new customers and approaching them in collaboration with sales management
- Development and presentation of standardized or customized solutions for customer requirements
- Demonstration and presentation of the technology to interested parties, clarification of technical requirements
- Preparation of quotations and independent negotiation of contracts
- Close collaboration with Office-Team the US the same as with the Headquarters in Germany such as Internal Sales; finance, engineering; design, production and service
- Managing the handover of projects to operational processing
- Participation in trade fairs, congresses and other industry events to expand the network and strengthen the company's market presence
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering or industrial engineering) or a comparable qualification
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience, business development or in a comparable position, ideally in specialized electrical or mechanical background.
- Enjoy exploring new technologies and markets coupled with a creative and flexible way of working
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Drive annual sales results and long-term Operational Solutions deliver signed purchase
- contracts to achieve annual sales quota
- Technical understanding and the ability to communicate complex issues in an understandable way
- Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as intercultural competence
- Independent, conscientious, authentic and structured way of working
