New Business Development Manager

Key Skills :
- Prior experience in New Business Development acquiring New Clients (IT, Non-IT, Professional, Engineering).
- Prior experience acquiring new business opportunities in following areas : Contract / Perm Placements, Managed Services, SOW, Hire / Train / Deploy (HTD) Model.
- Extensive experience with bringing and managing New Customers.
- Experience managing existing customers.
- Prior Successful experience of providing YOY Growth.
- Extensive experience in providing Account Management support to high volume requirements.
- Experience working with MSP, Procurements, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Delivery Leaders, Business Team / Leadership, and Hiring Managers.
- Extensive experience of Leading and Managing SI, Mid-Market & Enterprise Customers.
- Strong ability of working in fast-paced environment and able to multitask.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Able to attend Technology and Client Events.
- Being part of Technology and Networking Group.

COMPENSATION : The base pay for this position ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 with a potential earning opportunity of $150K - $200K . Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, commission, bonus, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
