Here we provide Radiologic mobile services on-site to nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and patient's homes with the goal of easing their current immobility.
Growing at a rapid pace, PDI Health (PD) is now looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our company at our HQ location in Brooklyn, NY.

Responsibilities :
Source and hire X-Ray, Ultrasound, and ECHO technologists along with office personnel and higher-level positions such as sales reps and regional managers.
Optimizing Indeed campaigns.
Develop recruitment strategies meant to assist the company in meeting its long-term objectives.
Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment resources, professional associations, or other organizations that can assist PDI in an effort to create a continuous pipeline of employment candidates.
Establishes an ATS system, creates job description templates, and develops policies governing candidate screening, interview procedures, reference, and background screening as well as onboarding.
Source and manage advertising partner relationships and utilize social and professional networking sites for the development of recruitment strategies
Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire).
Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and searches).
Research and choose job advertising options.
Manage new hire scheduling from interviewing to start date.
Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.
Requirements :
2 years of healthcare recruiting experience
Knowledge and experience with up-to-date ATS
Hospital, Healthcare Organization, Staffing / Agency, or corporate recruiting background is a must.
Outbound Sourcing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and proficient in Microsoft Office
Associates Degree or higher
