Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO. This role is essential in enabling the CEO to focus on strategic growth by handling administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, assisting with technology, and supporting company operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational & Administrative Support
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle travel logistics, and assist with daily administrative tasks.
- Learn and work with company software (WAP, HCP, Colibri), assist in data organization, and help implement new tech solutions.
- Assist in improving operational efficiency and decision-making through process modeling and data analytics.
- Travel when needed for business meetings, demos, trade shows, and industry events, assisting with logistics and presentations.
- Support in preparing reports, presentations, and client-facing documents, ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups.
- Track assigned tasks, follow up with team members, and help optimize internal workflows.
- Identify repetitive tasks, suggest automation, and act as a proactive assistant to help filter and prioritize tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in IT software and systems.
- Experience working with flowcharts for process optimization.
- Quick comprehension and adaptability.
- Willingness to travel extensively during hail season.
- Base Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 per year
- Health Insurance Contribution: $3,500 – $5,000 per year (partially employer-covered)
- 401(k) Retirement Match: Up to 3% of salary ($1,500 – $2,000 per year)
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 10–12 days per year
- Performance/Profit-Based Bonus: Up to $3,000 per year
- Professional Development Budget: $1,000 per year (for training and certifications)
- Progress into a COO or a key leadership role within one of the main departments.
- $65,000 – $70,000 per year (including salary benefits)
