We're Hiring:
Cold Calling Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Are you a natural on the phone? Thrive on the thrill of turning a "not interested" into a booked meeting? We’re looking for a driven, confident, and goal-crushing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Make 80–100 outbound cold calls per day to prospects
- Qualify leads and book meetings for our Account Executives
- Follow call scripts (but add your personal flavor)
- Maintain clean CRM records and activity tracking
- Work closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach

- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Resilient mindset—you’re not afraid of hearing "no"
- Comfortable using CRMs (like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
