They must effectively manage expenses and maximize service levels while assisting and supporting front of the house operations as needed. This includes responding to guest requests, complaints, and accidents presented at the Front Desk or through reservation, comment cards, letters, and phone calls in an attentive, efficient, and courteous manner. Additionally, they will follow up to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain close observation of daily house count. The ideal candidate should have effective interviewing skills, ability to recruit team members, and operate all aspects of the front office system, including software maintenance, report generation, and analysis, and simple programming.
