Billing Support Specialist CSR

CRH Healthcare, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, is a patient-focused operator of urgent care centers in Georgia, Maryland and Florida. CRH’s centers are open seven days a week and provide walk-in care for injury, illness and minor emergencies as well as occupational medicine for employers such as drug screens and physicals.

CRH is currently seeking a Billing Support Specialist CSR for the Billing Department located in Fayetteville, GA. This position will provide patient customer service related to patient billing questions, payments, payment plans and process incoming correspondence.

Primary Responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient calls
• Take patient payments over the phone
• Answer patient inquiries about their bill and balance
• Resolve issues with patient insurance and demographic inaccuracies
• Setup payment plans for patients
• Clear voicemails and return patient calls throughout the day
• Assist with mail handling
• Scan deposits
• Medical record requests
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Key Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time
• Accounts receivable experience preferred
  
  

Hourly Salary Range: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Billing Support Specialist CSR: $16.00 - $18.00
