Summary
The FR’s Assistant role is to support the daily operations of the FR team. The assistant is expected to consult and coordinate with the FRs on all aspects of their activities and responsibilities.
Critical factors of success for the assistant include:

Major Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments including initial meeting, assist with follow up, and set next meeting
- Manage and protect the FRs calendars
- Draft email correspondence
- Hold advisors accountable to their schedule
- Manage Client service requests
- Manage Customer Relationship Management platform
- Prepare for prospective client and client meetings, including creating presentations and taking notes
- Manage FRs license renewals and continuing education requirements
- Manage FRs pipelines
- Individual and Business Planning
- Marketing campaigns and social media pages
Investment New Business
- Log checks & transmittals
- Electronically file paperwork & investment forms
- Maintain and organize system for files & records
- Schedule client’s annual review
- Complete action items in securities software
Insurance New Business
- Assist FRs with new client applications
- Maintain the FRs files and records securely
- Follow up on outstanding requirements

Education/Experience
- Must have one or more of the following: 4-year degree or higher, 2-years industry experience, 2-years of administrative assistant experience
- Industry licensing a plus
