Essential Functions
What You’ll Do:
- Answer and assist inbound calls from new and existing patients
- Schedule appointments and coordinate communication between offices and staff
- Assist patients by answering questions, transferring calls, and updating account information
- Work with multiple dental systems to efficiently manage appointment schedules
- Maintain call quality standards and meet call center KPIs
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring every patient feels valued
Work Hours:
- Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (8-hour shift)

Qualifications
- 1 years of recent experience as a Call Center Representative or in an administrative role
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
- Medical setting experience is a plus but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for customer service and helping others!
