We are growing and looking for an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator. This is a full-time position, Tuesday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with Mondays as needed. We are conveniently located in a beautiful area of Colorado Springs. We have a strong, supportive team and need someone who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

Dental experience is required.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients into the office upon arrival, gathering necessary information such as patient demographics, insurance information, and updated health history
- Deliver a distinctive patient experience with every patient both in person and over the phone
- Answer calls and schedule new and existing patients for dental treatment
- Maintain a clean and welcoming patient waiting area
- Knowledge of dental insurance and an understanding of the breakdown of benefits
- Review treatment plans and financials with patients
- Assisted with meeting office financial goals by ensuring hygiene and dentist schedules were packed and scheduled appropriately.
- Collect patient payments and post them to their patient ledger
- Update necessary documents into Denticon
- Make outbound calls to confirm upcoming appointments
- Additional duties as needed, such as assisting with laundry, taking out the trash, refilling supplies in restrooms, and any other necessary tasks in our office

Salary Range: $19 to $21 per hour

Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in a dental front office setting is required.
- Dental insurance knowledge is essential.
- Must have the ability to work independently.
- Strong customer service orientation is a must.
- We value team players who can collaborate effectively.
- Knowledge of Denticon is preferred but is not required.
