What are the responsibilities and job description for the Repair Administrator position at Peak Performance Recruitment?
The Repairs Coordinator would be responsible for ensuring that all open engine repair orders, repair management units are meeting deadlines. Collaborating with vendors and different departments within the organization to ensure requirements are consistently met. Day to day will consist of managing your workload between, calls, emails, quotes and anything else that arises.
The role is accountable for the following :
- Building relationship with engine repair stations and communicating with them on open repair orders.
- Following up on open issues, requesting status, etas, discrepancies
- Reviewing and evaluating shop quotes and utilizing tools to maximize costs savings
- Allocating piece parts from stock
- Reviewing QC reports, repair mgmt. reports, open sales order reports, etc.
- Communicate with vendors on open QC units
- Meeting and maintaining set KPIs within the department
- Trouble shooting problematic repairs
- Expediting completion of open repair orders
- Obtaining repair quotes
