Peak Performers is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our partner’s Taos office for a temporary full-time position! Major Duties
- Greet visitors and participants with a professional and friendly demeanor upon arrival at the office.
- Assist participants with referrals, answering phone inquiries, and entering referral information into the DVR system.
- Provide administrative support to counselors, including scheduling appointments and managing related documentation.
- Process and sort incoming mail, ensuring items are distributed to the appropriate departments.
- Scan, upload, and manage participant documents in the electronic case management system.
- Prepare and assemble intake packets for new participants.
- Perform general clerical duties such as making phone calls, photocopying, faxing, and filing documents as required.
- Adhere to policies regarding the protection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and ensure privacy is maintained in all tasks.
- Complete mandatory training on computer security and privacy awareness protocols.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite) is preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Prior office experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and be proactive in managing administrative tasks.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with both internal staff and external clients.
- Hourly pay rate: $19.00/hour.
- Length of engagement: 6 months.
- Hours per week: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Work Arrangement: Onsite.
