What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Systems Analyst - Mid position at PEAK Technical Services Inc.?
Ideal candidate will be local to San Diego and able to work a hybrid schedule. Open to 100% remote within the US. 6-month assignment with the opportunity to extend.
Be part of the innovation and influence the future of our HR technology. As a key team member, you will craft the HR technology strategy and implement solutions that drive organizational success, with a strong focus on technical expertise and system architecture.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive mid-range vision and implementation plan for HR technology that aligns with People & Places team’s strategy, including talent management, workforce engagement, and process optimization.
- Analyze current systems and find opportunities to use technology for enhanced efficiency, engagement, and outcomes.
- Craft and maintain an architecture-level view of HR technology solutions, ensuring scalability, integration, and alignment with Enterprise IT standards.
- Identify opportunities to use existing solutions as well as develop novel ones.
- Work closely with HR and IT leadership to understand strategic objectives and translate them into solutions.
- Partner with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with overall IT infrastructure.
- Define critical metrics to measure the impact of HR technology initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in HR technology, IT architecture, or a related field.
- Experience crafting and implementing enterprise-level HR systems.
- Experience driving solutions leveraging advanced technologies and systems.
- Familiarity with HR process and tools and data analytics is highly desirable.
- Strong critical thinking and long-term planning abilities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
