**Job Summary:**
In this role, you will be responsible for every aspect of plan preparation and production. This includes involvement in the development and execution of survey projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Training field crews, technicians, and support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
- Manage and perform survey projects, including ALTA, boundary and topographic surveys, utility and roadway projects, and construction stakeout.
- Conduct quality control checks on survey plans and documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
- Perform various calculations to support field personnel and provide them with the necessary information to complete their tasks.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in survey project management, with a strong focus on leadership and team management.
- Experience working with Autodesk Civil 3D and other relevant software applications.
- A valid PA PLS license is required; a NJ PLS license is also preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
