About the Job
Alaimo Group seeks a professional land surveyor with a minimum of five years of professional experience leading and supporting field crews. The applicant should be familiar and experienced in ALTA, Green Acres, Environmental and highway surveying, along with the field work and the preparation of flood certifications. The applicant should also be familiar with the performance of municipal asbuilt surveys including sanitary plants and pump station facilities. The applicant should possess a strong understanding of the New Jersey State Plane Coordinate System along with the conversions from grid to ground coordinates.
The applicant should be familiar with the use and operation of the Trimble 5600, S6 robotic total stations, R10, GPN, 5700 and 5800 GPS units, and Trimble data collectors and software. The use and understanding of AutoCAD Civil 3-D is a plus.
