Pay Rate: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour DOE.
Essential Functions:

The Project Specialist will assist with project planning and oversight. The Project Specialist will coordinate with project managers and provide support to deliver projects within the established budget and timeline. This role provides inventory tracking and a multitude of data analytic support for a wide variety of utility construction projects. Project specialists provide project management support to deliver projects within the established budget and timeline. These specialists are key members of the project team, and they participate in program and project development, disseminate project information and serve as active participants in project-related work.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Maintain, monitor, and organize project documents.
• Create, Organize, and distribute bid documents.
• Develop and maintain project related databases and reports.
• Collect, track, analyze, and report on a large volume of project data that is provided by Project Coordinator and Operational Teams.
• Validates and consolidates subcontractor invoicing against crew (“in-house”) billing.
• Data entry tracking revenue billing for subcontractors.
• Communicate with admins & supervisors to ensure schedules for subcontractors are accurate, correct any data necessary to match Vista/packets. Provide subcontractors correct information for billing to customers. Example WO# and PO#S.
• Develop or modify project plans and track their progress.
• Coordinates and schedules project teams meetings.
• Assist and support field management on projects and daily business needs.
• Contribute to the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of project communication.
• Carry out a range of administrative tasks including filing, archiving, document registration, maintaining databases, etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent desired
• 2 years’ experience of Construction Industry Experience is required.
• 2 years' experience in an administrative support position required.
• Experience working with underground utilities desired Sales and/or phone handling experience desirable, but not required.
• Prior crew coordination/scheduling experience desired.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted on a year-to-year basis.
Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications:
• Possession of a valid State of Residence Driver’s License is required.
• Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
