Our front desk agents are friendly, professional, and caring. They enjoy greeting each customer that walks in the door with a smile, and keeping them informed about any important issues or upcoming events. Our front desk agents thoroughly enjoy interacting with people from all over the world and go above and beyond to make each customer feel at home.
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests in person, on the phone and thru electronic media
- Take reservations, ensure all details are accurate (arrival and departure date, contact details, etc.)
- Greet guests with sincere warmth and hospitality, process check-in and check-out procedures smoothly, efficiently, and accurately
- Provide 5-star service to guests – assist with any issues, answer questions knowledgeably and strive to exceed expectations
- Utilize CPM and other communication streams to document and share information to enhance guest experience
- Accurately and with the upmost integrity handle cash, credit card and guest information
- Treat guests, vendors and co-workers with dignity and respect
- Successful candidate is a team player who genuinely takes pride in a job well done, and recognizes everyone’s contribution to the organization’s success.
- Audit position requires ability to work independently overnight.
