We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Building Construction professional to join our team. Duties
- Perform caulking and sealing on various surfaces to ensure weatherproofing.
- Execute roofing tasks, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Utilize Bluebeam software for project management and documentation.
- Conduct construction painting tasks, ensuring surfaces are properly prepared and finished.
- Operate hand tools safely and efficiently for various construction activities.
- Apply plaster for wall finishes, ensuring smooth surfaces.
- Perform welding tasks as required for structural integrity.
- Work as a carpenter to construct frameworks, including walls, floors, and roofs.
- Operate heavy equipment for excavation, lifting, or moving materials.
- Install flooring materials according to specifications and design plans.
Experience
Candidates should possess a strong background in construction with experience in the following areas considered advantageous:
- Proficiency in caulking, roofing, painting, plastering, welding, carpentry, flooring installation, and heavy equipment operation.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar project management software is preferred.
- A solid understanding of safety protocols within the construction environment is essential.
- Previous experience working on diverse building projects will be highly regarded.
