Purpose and Scope
The Pedder Auto Group is seeking a seasoned Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a seamless vehicle-buying experience for our customers. You will present vehicles, guide customers through the purchase process, and maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Vehicle Presentation: Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and store policies and services to customers.
- Lead Management: Manage sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions about available stock and product performance.
- Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with new products, features, and accessories, attending product and training courses as needed.
- Customer Retention: Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
As a successful Sales Representative, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and be willing to learn and grow with our company.
Compensation Information
$5,500 - $13,000 monthly salary.
