Job Title: Intake Coordinator
Job Purpose:
The Intake Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the processing and registration of incoming patient referrals to our healthcare facility. This role ensures that all required patient information is received and processed efficiently while scheduling appointments with the appropriate medical personnel. Additionally, the Intake Coordinator performs clerical tasks, including data entry, paperwork management, and patient communication over the phone
- Professionally represent the company at all times.
- Promote the company's products and services to patients.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry.
- Maintain and update patient records.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, copying, emailing, and faxing.
- Collect co-pays as required.
- Schedule telemedicine consultation appointments.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and explain processes to patients.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Availability to work evening shifts as needed.
