We are searching for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our expanding team. This critical role focuses on generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring customer success. As a Sales Executive, you will serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, demonstrating the value of customized Salesforce solutions tailored to their business needs.

Responsibilities Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within targeted sectors.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive territory and account plan to exceed revenue goals.
  • Utilize Salesforce and various tools to successfully manage leads, opportunities, and account activities.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives.
  • Understand client requirements and position Salesforce solutions to overcome significant challenges.
  • Serve as the main point of contact throughout the sales process.
  • Collaboration

  • Collaborate with technical teams, consultants, and delivery teams to create customized proposals and solutions.
  • Partner with marketing and demand generation teams to support campaigns and events.
  • Engage with the customer success team to guarantee seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Sales Process Ownership

  • Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and presentations aligned with client expectations.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts while effectively managing the sales pipeline.
  • Stay informed about Salesforce products, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales, ideally within the Salesforce ecosystem or technology consulting.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge & Skills

  • Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce products, consulting services, and the Salesforce Partner ecosystem.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Ability to identify client needs and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Technical Proficiency

  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is essential; Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Administrator) are a valuable asset.
  • Proficiency in sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and others is advantageous.
  • Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Additional Details

    The base salary range for this position is $70K - $75K annually, based on experience. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The displayed range represents the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all U.S. locations. Pay variations depend on work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records.
