Entry Level Client Services Associate Responsibilities:
- Use client-generated leads to identify and pursue potential sales opportunities that align with client needs and business goals
- Overcome objections and eliminate competitor presence by demonstrating the unique value of our solutions and addressing customer concerns with confidence
- Organize and manage individual client accounts to ensure seamless service delivery and timely follow-ups
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing tailored solutions and personalized support when promoting our clients’ products and services
- Collaborate with other entry level Client Services Associates to foster a supportive, team-oriented environment to achieve collective sales goals
- Prepare proposals and reports, presenting your findings to clients and stakeholders and identifying areas for improvement
Entry Level Client Services Associate Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in client support, account management, sales, or a related field
