What You’ll Be Doing:
Accounts Receivable
Import and post customer invoices from JWS
Process customer payments, refunds, and adjustments
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
Research and respond to customer inquiries
Assist with month-end closing activities
Prepare and post manual invoices
Complete year-end audit requests accurately and on time
Accounts Payable
Verify invoice accuracy and completeness
Process vendor invoices and payments
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Respond to vendor inquiries
Support month-end closing tasks
Purchasing
Manage and track the receipt of items against purchase orders
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between purchase orders and shipping/receiving documentation
Support month-end close processes with timely and accurate reporting
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
2 years of accounting experience
Familiarity with accounting software; JD Edwards Enterprise One and JWS experience is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking and clear communication skills
Well-organized and able to effectively manage multiple priorities
