What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staging Assistant position at Pegasus?

Responsibilities

We are looking for a strong Team player to join our Team! The Staging Assistant supports the Lead Stager and assists with administrative duties, personal requests and stages in the San Francisco Bay Area (including Marin, SF, Mid-Peninsula and East Bay). The hours of operation are normally between 8:00am-5:00pm with the possibility of early morning, late evening and weekend work.

Job Functions and Expectations

Administrative:

  • Support the Stager in follow up with Clients, contracts, keys, payments, scheduling, elevators, parking permits and Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
  • Send all DocuSigns to Client(s) and/or Agent(s) for signature(s).
  • Keep all Client details in CRM regarding identifying leads, Client outreach opportunities and regular Customer follow ups.
  • Follow up with Agent and Clients regarding Stage and DeStage scheduling.
  • Liaise between accounting department and Client for payments and property preparedness.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department.
  • Organize warehouse and barcode furniture using our Inventory Management System.
  • Support cosmetic renovations, scheduling and oversight under Stager’s management and direction.
  • Must have your own cell phone, laptop, vehicle, driver’s license.

Stage:

  • Assist Stager on-location (including help accessorize, make beds, etc).
  • Run various errands (pick up keys, return to staged properties for changeouts, moves, etc).
  • Assist Stager with prep for jobs at the warehouse (including help pulling accessories, art, bedding, towels, etc from inventory, creating pack lists, etc).
  • Create pack lists and staging sales orders in our inventory and post to the crew.
  • Responsible for wrapping all accessories and assisting with loading and unloading lightweight furniture, home accessories, large artwork and storage bins from box trucks.
  • Assist Lead Stager with strategically placing furniture items and home accessories per the design plan.
  • Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of every staging project.
  • Greet client(s) upon arriving at the specified location and complete a walk-through of the premises.

Listing Prep:

  • Check on the project site twice a week and/or at the start/completion of each task and send photos to Stager.
  • Assist Stager with ordering materials for list prep projects.
  • Transport all materials that are delivered to the warehouse to the job site. Coordinate delivery of larger items with the Pegasus Crew.
  • Assist Stager with quality control on certain tasks.

Qualifications

  • Current driver’s license, good driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Requires physical abilities and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • English speaking, with the ability to speak Spanish is preferred but not required.
  • Maintain a positive attitude with a proven ability to succeed.
  • Ability to focus on completion of projects.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
