The HR Team at Pella Northland is focused on supporting our internal customers, our people! In this role, you'll be supporting the HR Department's initiatives by providing administrative support on projects. Additionally, you'll help with training efforts and various HR projects by performing necessary research and sharing your ideas with the HR Manager. The goal of this internship is for you to become an integral part of the department's daily operation and to experience "real world" situations that will develop you for your professional career. This position will be temporary, 40 hours a week during the Summer of 2025.

Employee Relations

• Maintains and upholds the utmost standard of integrity and confidentiality. Relays information shared by team members to GM of HR.
• Support HR led events, such as new hire orientation and engagement events.
• May assist in organizing company events such as quarterly meetings and sales trainings.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with applicants, team members, leaders and customers.

Salary Range : $18-$20 / hour
