Pella Windows and Doors SW is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our team in Durango, CO. This full-time position offers a competitive $100,000 earning potential, with base pay, commission, and bonuses.
This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. The Sales Representative will dispatch directly from home each day, eliminating the need to report to a central office before heading to job sites.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Each day will begin from home, traveling to meet with contractors, builders, and trade professionals throughout the Durango, CO area. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, presenting Pella's high-quality window and door solutions, and ensuring customers receive expert guidance on their projects. You will focus on developing long-term client relationships, staying informed on product offerings, and working toward achieving individual sales goals. This position requires a proactive approach to managing the sales process, providing excellent customer service, and growing market share within the region.
