The starting pay for this position is $19.00/hr.
Hours will be M-F 9a-530p with Saturday rotations. Remote (work from home) available after training.
Provide member services and resolve member questions or concerns in a contact center setting. Consistently delivers exceptional member service and effectively uncovers member needs and offers appropriate solutions. Responsible for making referrals to business partners.
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience
One year to three years of similar or related experience.
Education
A high school education or GED.
Interpersonal Skills
Ability to multitask successfully, courtesy and tact, solution seeker, positive presence, effective listening, exceptional service skills, follow-through, time management, willingness to learn, ability to communicate effectively through various channels
Other Skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, ability to use multiple applications on a computer simultaneously, willingness to learn, strong member service focus, attention to detail, strong communication skills both written and verbal
Physical Requirements
Light or low amount of physical exertion. Sitting or standing for long periods of time.
